Not any signage with the name on it, and the main entrance was closed. If you can find one of the smaller parking lots, it's a nice nature area with a few paths.

Good for hiking and birding but the trails have a lot of holes, understandably due to the dikes and terrain, but dangerous for hikers. Please watch where you are walking and step carefully as the holes are not readily apparent when the grass and weeds have grown.

Most beautiful marsh in Ohio. Great for hunting in the fall, birding in the spring, fishing in the summer. Beautiful views of lake Erie and a world-class wetland habitat.

Ticks galore! Douse yourself in deet and wear your rubber boots. Don't bring your dog. I had no less than 14 ticks on me after a 15 minute stroll around the short loop.

Not sure how to get near the marsh from the road. Little road with gate that was shut and locked.
