Poorly operated by a couple of rude and lazy guys who seem like they don't even want to work there. If you are hunting there for the first time or have some questions, don't bother asking them questions or they will just give you attitude and try to tell you off. I've been to several state and federal wildlife refuges in California and this location by far provides absolutely poor service to hunters.
