First time doing a pheasant hunt in FLA. Gary had great recommendations on best time of day to hunt and birds that flew very well making for a challenging and fulfilling hunt. Gary is very accommodating to those that would like to use their own dogs and we used the second half of our hunt with Gary’s dogs and they were terrific. Landscape is hilly and picturesque, looking forward to going back. You won’t be disappointed, Gary runs a great operation.

I booked a pheasant and chukar hunt for my dad's birthday. I had never hunted before and wasn't sure what to expect, but the experience was enjoyable. The preserve is a pretty location. The hunt itself was a fun activity for my dad, who has shot birds before. The birds were cleaned for us, and we were able to take home two bags of birds. Gary was very patient with me as I was getting the hang of things, and his dogs were efficient and well behaved, as well as cute. Overall, would highly recommend for those who enjoy an interactive hunt.
