Use to see 30 or 40 deer a day now all I seen was 1 squirrel and 2 birds. Too many doe seasons too much timber being cut off,no trees being planted or food plots planted to keep deer in the woods. Need to get new people in the pgc to run it and hope they know what they are doing to get the deer population like it once was. Also open closed gates so hunters can get back in the woods to hunt. Not very happy with the pgc.

It's a beautiful area. I can't speak to the hunting, but if you need to get away from it all and see some forest, this is it.

The Thousand Steps is an awesome hike. Can be a bit challenging, but we'll worth it when you get to the top!

Killed my first deer in the area great environment to hunt or take a walk in!

Worst place to ever even think of trying to kill a deer I would never go there if I was you didn't even see a squirrel if you do good luck

Great trail. The family walks it at least twice a month

It's a nice set of woods with okay hunting.
