Beautiful place but weeds get so overgrown it's hard to fish sometimes. Wish they'd do more upkeep on it.
Been past this place many of times, decided to see what was here today. There was more people out than I would've guessed. Seen a guy launching a decent size boat. This place didn't look like it should have more than kayaks on it. If you do have a motor boat, it's idle speed only, no wake. Seen a woman reeling in a fish, stayed to see what she caught....it was a nice size piece of seaweed.
We love to fish here! My husband's caught a decent size catfish today! It got off the hook before I could get a pic😞

I kayak. There is so much area to explore. Peaceful scenery and plenty of wildlife. If you want to fish or walk the dogs, there's plenty of area for both. Please, clean up after yourselves.
