Favorite place to get away

Have been coming up here to racoon since the late 70s , always a good time.

Always nice, the state does a good job with the roads and land is well kept.

Quiet. Poachers sometimes ruin it here. Personally happened to me with a large buck. No restrooms. Lots of parking. More of a bird habitat ( woodcock and grouse ) paths for walking but wear bugspray.

Great place to enjoy nature

Love hunting here but the game wardens are not nearly as friendly as other areas. To a person who is following rules and respects them, it is frustrating to be hassled. I think it's a reason folks go elsewhere.

Have not hunted these gamelands. But I have geocached & hiked some of the woods. Good easy hiking trails. Sorry that I don't have a pic.

Roads kept in good shape sorry the game commission decided to have all that area logged as an outdoors Hunter and it's really disappointing but money is money
